Account Deletion

Delete all your data in the app

To delete your W-Live account, log in, go to settings, then click 'Deactive Account'. A popup will ask for confirmation. Click 'confirm' to delete your account and data permanently. The process is immediate, and your data will be deleted instantly, with no waiting period.

Data Deletion Details

When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently deleted:

Name
Profile Image
Posts
Comments
Messages
Friends List
Your Room
Notifications History

However, the following data will remain:

Payments
Coins transcations records

The deletion process is immediate. No data will be retained after account deletion.
